Question by Jim: What is the cheapest netbook available to me?
Also, if i get a refurbished netbook, would it come with the features new ones come with, i.e. microsoft word? If i get it online, i only have accounts on Ebay and Amazon, so don’t suggest other sites. Thanks!

Of course refurbished does not intend that they cut down the features it’s only that they have been used by someone.
